K. Shivakumar is a member of Institute of Chartered Accountant of India and also member of Institute of Cost & Works Accountants of India. He is a Post Graduate in Management Accountancy of Chartered Accountant Institute. He is practising Chartered Accountant based in Gandhigram and associated only with Voluntary sector organisations and consultant to many International donor agencies. He is presently a member of Task Force appointed by the Planning Commission for proposed legislation for the Voluntary Sector. He is in the Board of Many Voluntary Organisations.
